It starts with getting to know you - your priorities, goals, and challenges.
Next, I will assess your movement and identify what things are going well and what areas of your body need additional attention and care.
We will discuss various treatment options and spend the rest of the time addressing your unique musculoskeletal challenges to give you relief and a plan moving forward.
