What to expect for your initial consultation and therapy plan
It starts with getting to know you - your priorities, goals, and challenges.
Next, I will assess your movement and identify what things are going well and what areas of your body need additional attention and care.
We will then discuss various treatment options and spend the rest of the time addressing your unique musculoskeletal challenges to give you relief and make a plan moving forward.
Our therapy plans are flexible.
Usually I will see people for acute injury or pain conditions for 1-4 sessions total, with each session every 1-2 weeks.
For care promoting overall well-being and physical health, I will typically see people every 2-4 weeks.
