Service Description
Needing help with a certain activity, movement, or skill? This 45-minute session is for you. This session devotes less time to manual therapies and more time exploring ways to feel better in a given activity. Explore the ways you can better develop the pre-requisite strength, flexibility, and motor control needed for your skill or activity. Learn specific exercises to practice as stepping stones to achieving your end goal.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so on the website up to 24 hours before the appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, please contact me at 513-532-0836. If you do not cancel online or contact me prior to a scheduled appointment, a no-show fee of $60 may be applied to your account.
