There are a lot of options for in person and digital forms of physical therapy these days. What you don't see as much in these is consistent human attention and connection.
Things I promise:
You will only work with me, and all sessions are one on one appointments.
The focus of therapy is always aligned towards your goals and vision for yourself.
Understanding and consent are fundamental aspects of care - I will explain things in as much detail as needed and encourage you to ask questions.
I will meet you however you are showing up that day - you don't have to be feeling well to come to therapy and feel better.
My time using any technology for note-taking will be limited to essential aspects of care.
I welcome feedback and learning the ways I can serve you better.
Things I ask of you:
Willingness to learn more about yourself and how you can help yourself stay well
Willingness to work on body awareness, breathing, relaxation, and exercise practices
Willingness to stay present through the range of physical sensations you might experience during body work and openly communicate how you are feeling throughout the session
